Mandala Yoga

This flowing yoga class is oriented in a circular (mandala) pattern around one central point in the room and moves in a circular fashion to allow 360 degrees of possibilities within vinyasa. This class is open to all levels. Yoga mats are provided. Equipment will be provided.
