Hatha Yoga (subbing)

This slower paced class is perfect those trying yoga out for the first time or prefer a more relaxed style of yoga. The class is centered on practicing asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) for an extended time to build strength and lengthen your muscles while cultivating relaxation to bring peace to the mind and body. Equipment will be provided.
